    A comfortable villa with excellent outdoor areas for both fun and relaxing. Located on a private residential hillside the villa has stunning uninterrupted views from the Sierra Nevada mountains to the beaches and castle of Salobrena and sea, which can be enjoyed from both inside and outside on the terraces, as well as the jacuzzi.

    One of the main features of the property is the large (13 meter) SALT water pool with an infinity edge and a beach ledge allowing you to lie (or paddle) in the water and enjoy the refreshing water and sun without swimming. Connected to the pool is also a large and powerful jacuzzi.

    In addition to the pool terrace for lying in the sun, there is an adjoining large covered terrace with sofas and a third dining area with the BBQ close by.

    The property has been equipped to a high standard and is well presented. There are 3 well arranged bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms open on to an exterior area/terrace and have mosquito screens. The main bedroom has air-conditioning and the other two have power, yet silent ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a large double bed and the second bedroom has a standard double and the third two single beds.

    The kitchen, dining area, living room all seamlessly connect making it ideally for families to be close to each other before during at meal times and they have easy access to the main terrace where there is an outdoor dining table. There are new modern bathrooms on all levels of the property, including close to the pool.

Well placed only 5 minutes off coastal road and 10 minutes from Salobrena. Around 400' up on hillside with fabulous views to the old town, Moorish castle, beach and fertile plain. Inland could see the snow capped Sierra Nevada. Well appointed villa.
Bought book of local walks from tourist office plus toured around the coast and inland to the Alpajurras
