the villa was idealy situated, being very close to the beach, supermarkets and nightlife. It is a very big villa and our stay was very good. Having your own kitchen in each apartment was really useful and the pool area was ideal for all the kids. Adrian was really helpful and pleasant and a nice guy to meet and greet....

There was 22 of us, family and friends, adults and children and the villa was just ideal. The layout of apartments and rooms worked well and there was plenty of space for everyone. In LOW season changeover days can be Friday,and HIGH season Saturday's.The villa is priced for up to 18 persons for a short stay, week or 2 week stay

Young Adults not accepted under 25 years of age, unless accompanied by older Adults .Returnable security deposit is 60 Euro per person for 3/4 night stays, payable a week in advance.

For weekly bookings a Returnable Security deposit required £900, one week in advance ( Airport transfers are available.)

To hold the villa 10% deposit immediately,
50% of balance 6 months prior, Balance 2 months prior to your holiday. Security deposit of £900 for all 1/2 week bookings payable one week in advance to your holiday and returned less any damages,breakages,or excessive clean, one week after your holiday).
Check in time no earlier than 3pm. Check out time no later than 10am.WiFi Internet connection. One week booking carry a service charge of 150 Euro payable upon arrival .Luggage hold available
