    If you are looking for a great holiday apartment this is it!. Fantastic location, modern, ground floor, lovely patio, great views over the pool, south facing and 5 mins walk from the port . Situated in a popular complex this apartment is suitable for all groups ranging from a family with small children to 5 adults. The main living area is open plan. The lounge/dining/kitchen area has a large corner sofa (seats 6/7), extending dining table including 5 chairs and a stoke adjustable wooden highchair (5 point harness available on request). There is an LCD TV (Spanish channels only), dvd player, speakers to plug in an ipod and cd player/radio.     All outside cushions should be brought inside the apartment over night and the terrace shade wound closed completely to avoid any damage due to unexpected wind or storms.
    No pets.
    No bicycles allowed in the apartment, secure bicycle storage can be provided by prior request.
    Due to severe allergies no smoking is allowed within the apartment or on terrace. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in up to a £200 charge for full steam clean of all soft furnishings.

    Airport: Alicante or Valencia: 80.0 km
    Railway: Denia: 15.0 km
    From Alicante airport it is an easy drive of about 1.5 hours. From Valencia it is a similar distance.

    If travelling by ferry there are many delightful places to stop over on the way down, including Tudela, Teruel, Zaragoza and the wine region of Carinena. Having cycled the entire trip from Portsmouth to the apartment the owners can provide many recommendations regarding places to stay and see on route.

Arrival at this apartment fulfilled all our expectations. It was just as shown in the photos and clean and pristine as were the communal areas. Great location - quiet but just a short stroll from Javea's port area which has an excellent selection of restaurants. The old town is nearby. Flat is lovely and won't disappoint.
