    Holiday Rental House –
    2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6
If you are considering renting a house in Tuscany and want to experience true Tusan living then look no further. San Cassiano is a small village on the mountain Prato Fiorito in the northern quarter of Tuscany. Casa Paolo is a converted 3 storey townhouse within the hamlet of Cappella.

•The house has been renovated by local tradesmen in traditional ways with oak beams, terracotta ceiling tiles and stone walls overall giving it a very light and airy feel. A spectacular spiral staircase connects the three floors, bedrooms at top, livingroom in middle and kitchen at the bottom, again typical as the ground floor is cooler for eating.

    • It is an ideal base to go travelling to the famous cities of Pisa, Florence, Lucca all within a short distance. Bangi di Lucca is the nearest town and offer...

A quiet and remote village within easy distance to many of the sights of Tuscany. The house is beautifully refurbished and very well equipped. It is set up as a home from home and fulfilled that role easily. The kitchen is equipped well enough to stay in and cook, but eating out is also an option in Bagni do Lucca. A car is essential with strong nerves for the first drive up the mountain! more

Casa Paulo is a gorgeous house from top to bottom and outside. Had everything you could possibly need in the house. The owner left a welcome package which was lovely wine, fruit & some essentials. House was spotless on entry absolutely no faults at all except my holiday wasn't long enough! High up in the Italian mountains the views are spectacular, perfect location for travelling to Pisa, Lucca, Florence etc. We were warmly received into local community at a Sagra, the whole village attended and it was amazing to see the friendliness and tightness of the community. The outdoor space at Casa Paulo was perfect for sitting out reading a book with a glass of wine and at night we ate outside almost every night. Pure heaven on earth in my experience and I will return year on year. more
