We (my husband and I) stayed in this beautifully maintained apartment in June last year.
For that 'early' morning dip we were spoilt for choice between numerous swimming pools and the sea, which was so close. We cycled every morning down the 10 km. cycle ways next to the beach, stopping at different cafes along the way for tapas or pastries.
Most days we caught the local bus - it stops right outside the Complex. Twice we went to beautiful Almeria to the 'chic' tapas bars, and sightseeing round the town, and to the amazing Alcazaba. We found a Moorish Cafe/Tea shop there - what an experience.
We dined at local restaurants in the evening and there was always plenty of choice of night life.
Electric gates let you in and out of the Vereda Complex making you feel very safe and secure, (perfect for a family with children), and the Concierge was always on duty to help and advise you. We loved the freedom of mile upon mile of beach, the sunshine, the friendliness of... more
