Just returned from a week stay here as we were attending a wedding nearby, so made a week jolly out of it.
We had a lovely stay and the cottage was really nice, the owners have thought of everything, including a welcome hamper which is a nice touch.
The outside area is fab and is great for a bbq, the fact that it isn't directly attached to the cottage wasn't a problem for us.
The local country park and the nearby short ferry across to Plymouth make it a decent location, with plenty of walks nearby and gorgeous views.
The rooms upstairs aren't huge, however it is a cottage so it is to be expected and there is the benefit of a separate dressing area.
The bathroom is a bit of a squeeze and we would've liked a bit more pressure in the shower, but other than that, we don't have anything negative to say.
There is parking just off the driveway near the cottage, quite tight if you have a big car, but enough room to turn around in. more
