Description:
We are on the 8th floor of this 20 story condo building. Oceanfront balcony with table & chairs. Only 2 miles from airport. We are on the beach which we share with the El San Juan Hotel & Casino. Ritz Carlton Hotel 2 blocks East of our Condo.
2 Bedrooms, with Queen size beds, Air Conditioning & Ceiling fans. Marble floors throughout. Complete electric kitchen with Oven, Range, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Coffee maker, Juicer, Blender. Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer. All pots, pans, dishes, glassware, flatware, paper goods.
Stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, extra pillows, etc.
Water sports on our beach. Only 25 mins. to World Famous RAIN FOREST, by tour jitney, cab or rental car. City of Old San Juan only 20 mins away by public bus (1.00), and stops only 3 blocks away from our condo. Historic sites include Forts (from the 1500 hundreds), Churches, Museums, etc.
Internet Connection, DVD, VCR, CD Player. 3 Telephones.
Condo has its own Private Pool, Security guard on duty in evenings. This ia a great area with visible Security day & night.
