We got the villa very late almost midnight due to lost luggage by BA.
The owner, Luisa was kindly waiting for us to welcome although she lives in Lecce. She’d prepared 6-7 typical Salento dishes and a very good wine for our supper and homemade jam. Everything was delicious!!
The villa is located seafront and in very quiet area, the living room faces sea view and the dining space does too. We had breakfast outside in the terrace and some dinners during one week stay. The villa was clean, with large bed rooms, very spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. Got some local ingredients at a supermarket 5km from the villa and enjoyed Italian dishes and Salentino wine.
Santa Cesare Terme is the nearby town and 15 minute walking distance from the villa. A charming seaside town with a fascinating history and architecture.
