    Additional Rate and Availability Information
    An additional €95 is required for the end of stay clean. To book we require 25% now, 75% 10 weeks before you arrive and the €95 in cash Euro on arrival. The minimum stay in the apartment is 7 days. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit cards (+2.5% fee). We take a security deposit of €200 in cash on arrival to the apartment, this will be returned on departure after a thorough check of the apartment. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the apartment. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit. You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the apartment. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay. Linen, bath and beach towels are provided. For information about extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us. Check in time is 4 pm (unless agreed to in writing)

    -Taxis from the bus station to San Pedro Beach are about 20 euros.

I have stayed 17 nights with my family in this wonderful penthouse, we felt very comfortable spacious house with 3 bedrooms, huge terrace with BBQ station, fully equipped kitchen, private covered car parking, big supermarket available down the building, shared swimming pool for building tenants, amazing location, many restaurants nearby for dining, about 2 km away from Da Bruno Italian restaurant, about 4-5 km away from San Pedro Beach.
highly recommended to stay with your family or group of 6 people

Spent a week in April in San Pedro. Turned out to be a nice small Spanish town and a very comfortable apartment. We are only 4 people so the teenagers got separate rooms and they didn't complain about that. Parked in the garage and could take the elevator straight up to the top floor. Convenient. Even a large supermarket in the building and we once took the cart up with elevator into kitchen (liquids can be heavy...).
Just a note, we only had one car so no problem to park in the two places available. But I would not like to have two big cars and try to squeeze them in there in the corner.
Modern and well equipped kitchen where we had breakfast most of the time. This since the sun didn't reach the large terrace early in the morning. But it turned up around 10 a clock and then it would shine on the terrace until setting behind the mountains. Great views and we usually had drinks there in the sun before going out to eat. And going out to eat could become a problem since the area...
