    This 5-Star villa with stunning views over Canyamel bay is set in a secluded location in the north east of the island, at short distance from local facilities. The home has been completely refurbished in 2010 to a very high standard and comprises 3 double bedrooms with 2 bath/shower rooms. A new kitchen is extensively equipped and has an own breakfast terrace with an electrical barbecue grill. The Pool area provides lavish terrace space and is equipped with comfortable sun-beds.

    All is on one level, accommodation with several spacious terraces with one of the longest possible sunshine duration at the Costa de Canyamel at any time of the year.

    Located in the eastern countryside of Mallorca, there are numerous ways and means to get there: Budget airlines fly to Palma, Mallorca's international airport. BMI baby, Air Berlin, Easyjet, RyanAir, Jet2, Thomsonfly & Monarch fly from Luton, Stansted, Birmingham, East Midlands, Manchester, Newcastle, Liverpool, Belfast, Bristol, Glasgow, Edinburgh and many other european airports. Flight time is around 1-2 hours. Costa de Canyamel is about a 50 minute drive from the airport.
    There are numerous car rental companies at the airport, but it can often be cheaper to book in advance. Quite often the budget airlines offer car rental options which can be very good value. Or contact us for more advice at our affiliated family car rental 'Sa Torre, Canyamel.

We arrived at the Villa and was greeted by a very unfriendly caretaker who could only speak German and was told very promptly that there was no telephone service to the Villa and that there was also no internet service which was a little bit disconcerting considering there was no one else to give any assistance. We had no hot water to one of the bathrooms and despite repeated calls to the caretaker had to use one shower which we managed to get working for the 10 days we stayed there. The oil heating ran out after 2 days and we were unable to contact anyone to fix the problem which left us to buy wood for the fireplace to make the stay comfortable.
The Villa does has wonderful views however next time we plan to stay , we would like a few more things to do and a few more home comforts than what we had with this stay

I really appreciate your honest feedback. I am so sorry your experiences were less favourable. I understand the quality of service of our ex housekeeper was completely unacceptable. He left already a some time ago. Please accept my apologies that a was not able to fulfill your expectations. As you know, wintertime is not high season on Majorca. more

I was looking for a late booking and had stayed in this area before renting so I knew that the standard was generally high - we were looking for somewhere private and large enough that our sons might join us later and seeing the details of the Villa it looked perfect and I noted that it was advertised with WIFI and a pool table as amenities - WIFI was essential for me as I need to keep in touch with my business via the Internet and Email and I cannot book in if wifi is not included.
I sent off the inquiry form on the holiday lettings site and got a swift reply from Mr Spengler stating that the Villa was available due to a cancellation but he could only offer 5 days - I would have preferred 7 but accepted as it seemed ideal - the charge was 1930 Euros + 500 security deposit quite a high price but as this was advertised as a luxury villa I forwarded the monies immediately.
Mr Spengler emailed me stating that the monies had arrived and included details of how to get to the Villa...
