    A 30% down payment will reserve/secure the property. The balance is payable 28 days prior to arrival with the refundable security deposit payable 2 weeks prior.
    Out of high season 2 night stays might be possible upon request.
    Midweek 4 nights for the price of 3, 1 night free.
