Vue Du Lac is a newly renovated gite which is on 2 levels and stands overlooking the lake and grounds of our country estate. This gite will sleep six people in three bedrooms, one double room, two twin rooms and is fully equipped for a wonderful self catering holiday. This gite is better suited for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs as two out of the three bedrooms along with shower facilities and WC are on the ground floor. Vue du Lac also offers a spacious lounge with log burning fire and there is a garden area with furniture and barbecue facilities.

Our prices include electricity/heating fuel, linen, towels and the use of all facilities here at La Tentonniere. Our facilities include a heated swimming pool, tennis court, fishing, secure on-site parking and garage parking for motorcycles.

Had a lovely time. The gite was lovely and set in an amazing part of the countryside. Had everything we needed and the hosts were lovely. Julie was on hand for anything we needed. Lovely area for walking and cycling. more

We stayed at Vue du Lac for 10 days in August 2014 and had a really lovely time. Julie, Tony and Oliver are excellent hosts and are always available if needed but leave you alone to enjoy your holiday. The location is very peaceful but within walking distance of 2 villages with bars. There is a supermarket about a 15 minute pleasant drive away and there are many interesting locations available in the surrounding area. We visited the landing beaches, Bayeux, St Malo and Granville as well as other small villages. All very accessible from the location and all very nice. The gite is set in 50 acres and there are some really nice walks to be had. There are cows on the land that graze really close to the gite sometimes but they are harmless and very interesting to look at. There is a small pond that we fished on most evenings and a lovely pool that we used. There is a tennis court but we didn't use this though it was available to us.
