The Coach House was just what we were looking for, a period property but with modern decor and facilities. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had some lovely walks starting right from the cottage. There is a great pub about 10 minutes walk away called "The Staff of Life". The bedrooms are comfortable and the bed linen and towels were good quality and the whole place was spotless. The bathroom was heavenly with a huge bath and "rain" style shower. The owners live nearby and were very helpful with some suggestions for things to do in the area. All in all we had a very nice short break here and would definitely return. more
