We stayed here for 10 days, my husband and I and our 19 month old baby.
Cala Pi is the closest beach, around a 5 minute walk down the hill and then a pretty tough walk down some very steep stairs (it did get tiring carrying our toddler up and down them but it was definitely good exercise!) and worth it because at the end of it you find a beautiful little beach, it's small and gets very busy during the day but the water is shallow and the view is magnificent, perfect for both children and adults. The only negative thing about this beach is that there were a few occasions when rubbish had washed up on the beach and the water was full of garbage bags and bottles and general waste! It was pretty gross but the locals got in there and started clearing it all up, I guess this is pretty normal for some beaches in Mallorca. Llucmajor is the closest big town, around a 20 minute drive, very quaint, pretty and there are some nice bars and restaurants, there's also a beach... more
