    Additional Rate and Availability Information
    A non- refundable deposit of 50% of the full amount will be needed. The remaining amount is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Also a deposit for the key/breakages/Internet charges(I.e. hiring of films etc.) will be needed of £250, this will remain uncashed and sent back on receipt of the keys after your holiday. This deposit will also be held until TV/internet bill has been viewed.
    Linen hire cost depends on party size and will be advised on booking. This is not included in these prices.
    Please note that your booking will remain unsecure until we recieve a deposit from you and the apartment will remain unblocked on the website. Prices for bookings during the low season November to end of April do not include gas and electricity charges.

    How to get there
    Fly to Nice Airport. Easyjet/BA etc all go from most UK based airports. Car Hire is best with EuropeCar. From airport take A8 to Saint Raphael apporx 40 mins. You can also take the train from Nice to either Saint Raphael or even Boulouris (lovely journey, 12mins walk from station to apartment.)

Our holiday stay at this apartment was very enjoyable. We found the villa very well equipped for self catering for 6 people. The little balcony is nice to sit out on early mornings and late evenings. We had a lovely holiday in this comfortable, well equipped apartment. It is in a great location very close to the beach and 15 mins walk to the train station, with so many things to do and see along this coastline. The modernising of the apartment is an on-going process. New parquet flooring and modern wardrobes are being fitted in the upstairs bedrooms in October 2012. more

Booking was easy and efficient. Car parking facility on a secure site. Very close to a lovely beach with good walks and panoramic views. Services excellent - one lovely large double bedroom and a good sized second bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. Flat screen tv and use of CD, DVD player and WiFi was very useful. more
