    Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required with final payment, this will be refunded within 7 days of departure subject to satisfactory property inspection.

    Arrivals are normally after 3pm and departures by 10am, however, subject to availability, alternative arrangements can be made.


    ADDITIONAL SERVICES
    Meet and Greet package - operated within the hours of 06:00 to 19:00, 7 days a week by our English property management support. This service consists of meeting the client either at the property or at a designated place in Coral Bay. Escorting them to the apartment and ensuring they are comfortable and advise them of any information they wish to know. This service is available at an additional cost, please ask for details.

Stayed here for a winter sun break in November as I was looking for a quiet apartment with a balcony that we could relax in away from the town of Paphos. Giving us the opportunity to venture into Paphos whenever we chose to. As a result, I knew we would need a car and indeed we did. I believe the local bus service is very efficient but for convenience and ease, it is definitely worth hiring a car for the climb if nothing else. The town of Peyia is a very sleepy one but stocks all the essentials and is exactly what we wanted - non touristy.

The apartment is beautifully presented, clean and extremely spacious, supplied with all the necessities you would ever need. The complex is built on the side of a hill and gives great views looking down to Coral Bay and towards Paphos. It was very quiet during November but even so, there is plenty of parking and none of the apartments surrounding feel intrusive. The balcony is very large and has the added benefit of getting the sun at all...

I would reccomend this appartment, very clean and tidy, large balcony and very quiet while we were there. We have been there twice and will go back. more
