    This penthouse offers excellent accommodation over two storeys at the Millennium Quay, Llanelli. The beach and the superb Millennium Coastal Park are within approximately 200 yards.

    The penthouse in furnished to a high standard. It is accessed from the third floor of the apartment block, there is NO lift.

    The open-plan living room is spacious and light with separate areas for dining and sitting. There are full length balconies on both sides with balcony furniture. The dining/Seaside area balcony gets the morning sun and Pentre Doc balcony has the sun from late morning onwards and is the ideal place to view the magnificent sunsets over the Loughar estuary.     The MASTER BEDROOM is very spacious and has double bed, bedroom furniture and patio doors opening out onto a balcony with decking and Perspex barrier and views of the old dock. All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival and towels are provided.There is a walk in wardrobe and an EN SUITE SHOWER ROOM comprising of a modern suite of double shower cubicle, WC and was hand basin in vanity unit. Also child cot available that doubles up as a play pen.

Clean, bright, modern well equipped apartment with great views. Convenient location for a morning walk or run on the coastal path, a drive out to Gower beaches, Country Park or towns or an evening stroll over to Sosban restaurant. more

I stayed at the Penthouse for 7 nights. Had a fantastic time,stunning views, spacious apartment. The weather was mixed, quite a lot of sun,so could sit on the three balconies and have the doors open. There was always something going on,people swimming,kayaking,cycling and walking. Had lunch at the millenium cafe, lovely food,lovely service. Really well located apartment, direct access onto the Millennium coastal path for walking/cycling. Views over the north dock - now used for canoeing & by a few brave swimmers.
