I am in the planning stage for 2010 vacation. I was surprised when I read that the Marriott Courtyard was closed from hurricane damage. Where alot of hotels closed and is there alot of construction going on. ... more

... been mostly gang related. Just hoping it doesn't get to the point that Turks and Caicos recently experienced. You should have no worries going about your typical tourist activities, including shopping and dinning. Just because you are on vacation don't leave your wits and common sense at home ... more

... don't see a problem with it if that's what you want :) but there are also a bunch of little places that are more like cafes that serve at least breakfast and lunch plus 'treats'. You won't have to feel like you're settling for a subpar vacation ... more
