I have come across the owner Paulina Thomas before, she has a few rentals but they tend not to be located very near to central london, they are in the suburbs and communting is a pain on London and expensive. I would always double-check the location before committing. ... more

Also, Holiday-Rentals have sent out a Travel Warning on her properties listed with them, while they RESEARCH on the properties. Shouldn't the properties be CHECKED prior to listing?
