It's true that most of the apartment rental agencies are only performing a service for the owners, and there's little they can do if the owners misrepresent the apartment. I would hope that at least they no longer list apartments for that owner. ... more

I've never (yet) seen any cell phone rental plan that was as cheap as just buying a phone in Italy. If the rental costs more than 30 euros for the semester, I wouldn't take it. ... more
