Make sure there is a clause as such in your rental contract. Pay with CC and frankly, in this economic market, the house is not likely to sell anytime soon. ... more

Paradisus... great hotel (if you are looking for an AI)... too far from Tamarindo. Need car rental or a 25 minutes cab ride for shopping in Tamarindo. Happy Snapper is a good restaurant near PPC, but most of the fun and good restaurants are in Tamarindo... more
