... Biltmore which is right across the street from the ocean, we have not stayed there but loved the property when we lunched at the restaurant there. They have a very nice pool area, there is also a very nice spa at the Biltmore. Enjoy Montecito and have a nice trip ... more

A rental car is always much easier and about half the time to get places. Parking is plentiful and not at all expensive, in many cases it's free up to two hours, like Santa Monica and Farmers Market.. I agree about changing hotels. ... more
