I doubt if there are many short term rentals in Mystic. You could look at Old Lyme, CT which has a number of summer cottages for rent. Just check to be sure they are heated before you rent in April. http://www.cyberrentals.com/rental/p189552 ... more

Contact the Cove Ledge Inn in Stonington. They are right at a marina, and have a variety of rooms (motel, apartment). They used to (and still may) have a continental breakfast during the summer. They also have a pool. It's a quick drive to Mystic and other areas. ... more
