many areas don't allow short term rentals less than one week due to Zoning issues. So you need to check that for your desired area. And be prepared to go elsewhere or rent two motel/hotel rooms instead. ... more

Fixed rental costs (cleaning, utilities, etc) make a one night rental tough financially. There are several suite hotels that are within a block of the beach that might work for you. ... more
