Unfortunately the Rental Companies have no control over the ever shifting sands. Outer Beaches has a very good reputation for Customer Service. All of the properties are individually owned so the monies are not the Rental Companies to refund. Over Labor day I doubt that they had an alternative Oceanfront ... more
