Offered a discount on future rentals? Token compensation? You don't need the guys Senator brother, you need the State Attorney General. I for one, would never rent from this place. They had more than ample opportunity to remedy the situation. Bottom line, they didn't and that speaks volumes ... more

I would call a local rental....Beachcomber (I am a little bias, they are my rental company...been ... ... any problems finding a place.....rentals are down....I know Emerald Cove has 4 bedroom units, of course, their amenities will not compare with North Beach...hope everything works out....believe me ... more
