... it as I remember the rentals on Culebra most of them tended to be more than that price range and there are alot within her range on Vieques. Just alot more options. But I would definently check out Culebra if you can find a vaca rental that meets your needs ... more

... through Culebra with the bike rental quality is not do-able. The roads themselves are of very poor condition with significant pot holes. Also consider the lack of shade riding in 85 degree weather. Culebra is also very hilly and steep. I thought guiding my scooter rental was hard enough ... more
