I stayed at the Premier Inn the night before my early morning flight on 13th April 2024. The staff were very friendly, there was always someone available even at 3am in the morning, when I left. I have stayed in Premier Inn's many times and found the beds comfortable. My bed in this room was hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were hard and uncomfortable, so didn't sleep at all. I won't be staying at this Premier Inn again

First time staying at this location as the usual Premier Inn option directly opposite the North Terminal was asking too much! This hotel is only a 10 minute walk into the North Terminal.
Check in was quick and very friendly and on this occasion the hotel lobby/restaurant was very busy possibly due to be many guests trying to avoid the scheduled train strikes the next day.
Bed as always was very comfortable but the usual infective WIFI that seems to plague all Premier Inn's could not be used. Rooms are a bit dated with no plug sockets next to the bed and a total absence of USB in the room. I didn't take breakfast and noise levels were pleasingly very low.

We stayed here before our holiday and it does what its suppose to do , we got dropped off and you have a free 10 minutes in the car park which is barrier operated. We check in Via the machines quickly with no troubles, i would advise to book evening meals and breakfast on arrival as there are a lot of people who use this hotel. We stayed in one of the ground floor rooms and when wanting to have a bath there was no plug, we informed the staff and asked if they had one spare for us to use but the younger male at reception informed us they cannot and shouldn't have been removed so couldn't offer us a bath plug. Instead he offered us to move to a different room but with luggage we chose not to do this, instead he was able to offer us a refund on our breakfast the following morning (Bear in mind Premier inn informed me this will take 4 weeks to be refunded!). We then had a evening meal in the restaurant my partner ordered the burger which he said was lovely and i ordered myself a pizza, this arrived at the table twice with the wrong toppings. i said i am happy to pick off the toppings i didn't want on the pizza as i wasn't too bothered about this. The two ladies in the restaurant were very apologetic about this and ended up removing this from the bill which was not expected but a kind gesture. Room was lovely and comfortable, not too much passenger noise or floor stamping from above. overall a good airport hotel stay & very good and convenient to get to the north terminal.

The hotel is very close to North Terminal and had good accessible rooms. The rooms were quiet given the close proximity of the airport. Check in was straightforward and we had a nice meal in the evening. The only thing that will put us off staying there again was the parking cost. £25 seemed very steep.
