My wife and I had a great experience at this hotel . Our first time to New Orleans . Also met the nice guy Byron who helped us book one of the best experiences we have ever had , swamp boat tour . He opened early for us to get a tour that day before we left . Thank you Byron , you made this happen for us .

I traveled to New Orleans for my birthday with a group of 50 people and directly worked with the group sales and let me say the experience with this great team was amazing. They made it feel like the entire experience from booking to making sure each guest was satisfied. This was my second rodeo using this hotel when i have visited New Orleans and the upgraded personnel was what really made the difference. This location is at a major point in New Orleans (Bourbon & Canal St) which made it even better and much easier to get where we wanted to go. It is walking distance to many locations and no vehicle was needed during our stay. Security was available on the weekend to help guests securely get in and out of the hotel due to it being a very popular walkway during any event. I would highly recommend using this hotel to plan your next event, even Mardi Gras as the parade travels right pass the hotel. And if you can get the great staff that assisted me in planning our event you will definitely have a great experience as well.
Thanks Alicia and Dave for your valued support. The Aries Bash Team

There was mold in the bathroom and on the shower curtain and dirty vent in the bath so I asked for cleaning and replacing the shower curtain. Not only did they forget but the cleaning staff said they will only give towels and not clean my roombecause I reported the lack of servicing at 2:30. I asked different front desk staff to help me. One said its not her job. Another said she will have the manager call me. I texted back to a message texted to me by Rayon asking me how my stay was and reported the problem. No response. Later, she asked me how she was to respond when the messages don't go to her. I didnt respond to that but asked if she would help me with the mold and dirty vent issue. She complained about how I texted back but she said she can't be held responsible but didn't address my issues. Gabby was not nice at all. The manager Nirva didn't called me back as Gabby promised. and the front desk person smiled when I told her that and adked for help. I called corporate and they sympathized. Said the GM walked out two days earlier and they didnt get good responses. The shower curtain was replaced on day 3 of my 4 day stay. They did not clean the mold. They d8dnt clean the vent. Nirva wrote me an apology because Corporate told her to and that was nice.

The Astor Crowne Plaza was right off of Bourbon Street. Phenomenal. But I am writing this review because I ended up leaving my Kindle and the only reason I was able to get it back is because Brian from Lost & Found was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. I have never left something at a hotel and thought that all was over, and was so devastated. But when I called lost and found, Brian walked me through the process (even if I called a million times haha). Very very very thankful!!!! Thank you again Brian for all of your help!!!!!

Stayed here for 4 nights in March, it was rated as a 4* hotel, I would say it’s more a 3* The staff were nice and helpful, the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy, but the room was very worn, furniture old, very dusty and stains on carpet in multiple places. Lamp shades damaged/stained. Musty smell in the corridors. If you do stay here don’t expect a 4*
