Our room was small but comfortable and clean. We had plenty of towels and bedding was good. We had a pool facing room so it could be a little noisy but that was ok. We were only in the room to sleep. The bunk room could use a door. We enjoyed the water park. We would definitely visit again.

Started out with a dirty room with broken beds and no room for my family only to be double charged for the room we were supposed to have which was clean, well kept and very nice and the water park was great for kids all ages! I probably wouldn’t go back with my kids.

I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews and kept our reservation here. I was very skeptical and nervous at first with all the recent bad reviews. We stayed for 5 nights and here’s my take on the experience: PROS -check in was pretty quick for a Friday night (about 25 mins, they were fully staffed and ready to go) -room was easy to get to and parking was close, every time we left and came back (pretty much every day) -nice size for myself and my 3 kids -water park is fun, diverse, and geared towards the kids (with a little bar for parents ready to relax) -we had the 2 bedroom king suite, which also included a pull out couch (if your kids are anything like mine and need space from each other every other day, this will work perfect)
CONS -THE HIDDEN FEES I booked on Expedia and knew there would be an extra resort fee and parking fee, but when I got there, they also taxed those fees and charged a $200 deposit fee on top of all of that. (And they say it takes 10 days to get the deposit back) -I wanted to have the room serviced with new towels and sheets one of the days we were there, and they did take out the trash and bring new towels, however the sheets were not changed (they just made the king bed but no new sheets and did not make up the bunks) -you could tell some people were smoking weed in the rooms (it woke me up one night) and I have nothing against marijuana, but when you smoke it in small spaces occupied by others, I think it’s rude and inconsiderate and it stinks.
Overall experience was great and I would stay here again. Staff was friendly and checked in via text daily.

My kids and I loved the whole trip at the waterpark. My youngest had a ball. I had great time just sitting back by the bar and in the sun. Staff was so nice and great food options. When coming in the great idea of the wristbands made it easier to just not look for more things for the kids to enjoy. The rides to Disney was key for us to have fun.
