Maybe OK for congress participation, but don't bring your sweetheart there!

We stayed only two nights out of the four planned in two different rooms of the "premium family" type: Both very poorly insulated from the noise of the avenue, we slept terribly both nights. In addition, the first room was much smaller than expected in relation to the photos on your website and in this room there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the drain of the toilets, it had chipped paint and on the walls and damp stains. All this is not the standard expected of a hotel of this category, very disappointing. But despite all this the worst thing for us by far is that we left with the feeling that the first night we were given a room of a lower standard than what we had booked and paid for. And we paid 61% more that night because it was a weekend, for a room that was shameful for the standard of the hotel and with no possibility of changing because there were no other rooms available. The difference in the size of the two rooms was more than significant. The first was much smaller than the one shown in the photos on their website and it is as if they give the category of "family car" to a minivan and a compact car, nothing to do and nothing to do with what they describe on their website. As I imagine that all this way of acting is linked to their corporate guidelines in the future we will not consider staying in any hotel of their chain, they are not worthy of our trust. It is true that they refunded the money for the two nights we did not stay but we still felt cheated for that first night either because their website is misleading or because they actually gave us the worst room in the hotel and of a lower standard.

They damaged my passport.
This is not a 5 star hotel, At the time of check-in they do not have a common machine to scan passports, They have an old machine from the 70s/80s that with two rollers "scans" the passport data, If the first page of your passport is a regular page nothing happens, but if it is a polycarbonate sheet they will damage it, squeeze the passport and it seems like it was squeezed, After these people used my passport no other machine read it as usual, everyone had to enter the information manually.
The hotel is a kind of place that was luxurious in the 80's-90's but today I felt that they have a motel theme, the only good thing is the location, It does not offer any additional service or anything extraordinary for which I would choose to stay here again, I recommend looking for another option.

The strangest hotel, ever. When you open the door to your room, you see on one side a multi-person shower and large jacuzzi style bath tub and, on the other side, a toilet room closed by an opaque glass door. The door to the shower is clear. So, if you forget to hang the ‘do not disturb’, housekeeping could surprise you during family water-sport or taking a bubble bath. Once beyond the strange layout, the hotel is OK. The room was large and had all needed amenities.
