Resource listings on TripAdvisor

   Category Restrictions Official tourist information Tourism office or chamber of commerce web sites for cities, states, regions or nations. Timeshares Includes timeshares or other individual accommodation listings of interest to travellers. We do not list reservation/booking sites or travel agencies. Tour companies Includes companies with tours open to the public. Miscellaneous Helpful web resources for travellers, shops, transportation services, etc.

2. Do resource listings have the right features for you?

   
   

   Feature Details Listing placement Resource listings are placed in the most appropriate geographical location under the Maps, etc. tab. Edits Resource listings are not editable - you can request an entirely new listing, but you cannot request changes to an existing listing. Photo or logo You can include a photo or logo (see requirements below) in your listing request. Description You can include a description (see requirements below) in your listing request. Contact information Name of resource, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address and web address.

   
   
   

3. Have you added a link to TripAdvisor on your web site?

   
   We will only post the resource listing if we can verify that your link to TripAdvisor is published on your site when we receive this form.
   
   
   

4. Do you have your photo and description ready?

   
   Photos and descriptions (both optional) must be submitted along with the new resource listing request - you cannot add them later. Be ready with the following before filling out your listing request:
   
   

   Item Requirements Photo or logo Your photo must be in .gif or .jpg format. Vertically oriented (taller than it is wide) photos look best. We resize all photos to be no larger than 150 pixels wide and 200 pixels high. Please do not send any photos with a filesize above 100 Kb. Description Your description may not be longer than 75 words. Your description may not include e-mail or web addresses, HTML tags or ALL CAPS.

   Any photo or description that does not follow these requirements may be rejected without notification.
