I work for an extremely busy corporate travel company who does a significant business with LA daily - I have made attempts over the past 10 days to find one person to help guide me in a direction for a passenger and was always referred to another department - I was passed back and forth from Corporate sales desk to...

Good check-in.Still some of the attendants in SSA need to remember that people over 60 are not obliged to get the yellow-fever vaccine. Some knew more than others, Excellent service on-board. Food the usual: either chicken or pasta. Drinks from sodas to wines more than once. Very good flight attendants.

I had an emergency medical condition and was unable to fly on the designated day of my trip. After calling and speaking to several people they had me send in a medical certificate. Despite this and several emails after my departure date, they later said they could not give me a waiver with a future travel date after my departure...

Latham airlines lost my bag on the way from Santiago to São Paulo. I was traveling with my football team and they seem to have lost only my bag which contained all my national team training kit and casual wear and all my university books along with other personal items. The items including my full Nike kit I found to...

Just returned home having had the misfortune of a return flight. Good Points... Their weren't any. Seats cramped. Touch screen had a mind of its own. Head phone socket very loose. Temperature either Arctic or Tropical, Food forgettable, Flight crew I want a job with them as you only saw them for the 2 services of food on a 12...

As I am a LATAM PASS/Multiplus fidelity member I thought it would be best to book online at LATAM - and the process was an absolute nightmare! First it would not accept my password, so I requested another - the first 2 they sent me did not work (including "Password" - yes they sent me this!) so they sent a...

This airline is very good, because the flight attendants attend you so kind and the food is exquisite and hot. If you need some services they always look for how to give them to you in the best way. For the Check in, if you do it at home is more fast and easy and also you can call them...

LATAM Air should be ashamed. Our flight last night (LA770 from Rio to Santiago) was delayed by 2 hours - most of that time sitting in the plane on the tarmac. About 20 of us getting a connecting LATAM flight to Sydney missed the connection due to complete incompetence and lack of interest by LATAM. There were several things they...

This was without a doubt the worst airline experience I have ever had! The queues to drop baggage at GRU were huge, even though we had gone through the automatic process to get our boarding passes and luggage tags. The staff at bag drop then went through the entire process again! Despite the queues several desks were unmanned and people...

About LATAM Airlines
In August 2010, LAN and TAM Brazilian Airlines announced plans to merge their companies into a single brand and operation to be known as LATAM Airlines Group. TAM and LAN together serve around 115 destinations in 23 countries with a combined fleet of 280 aircraft. In May 2016, the new brand of the combined carrier was revealed and the phasing out of the individual airline identities began. While the airline will still maintain separate IATA codes for the former airlines, the identity, product and service standards have begun to be standardised. The merged carrier, the largest in Latin America, is known as LATAM Airlines, a member of the oneworld alliance.
