I've flown with Tropic Air many times now, from Belize to Mexico, to Roatan and back and I must say I love the experience. Always reliable, professional, safe and also flexible. Would love them to see open more international destinations such as El Salvador, Nicaragua, more places in Mexico or even further away, to Jamaica. Then, they'd just need another...

It costs more than the shuttle+ferry, but the incremental cost is totally worth it. Save time (lots of time), it’s more comfortable (way more), and the views are amazing (nothing compares). Plus my fiancé was allowed to sit co-pilot, which made it more amazing for her. Highly recommend.

Tropic Air doesn’t seem to have much competition in Carribean air travel You wouldn’t know that from the helpfulness of the staff! They were all courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The planes are small but the the flights are punctual.

We were not expecting this small aircraft. There were 9-10 passengers. We were sedated in the "cockpit"; just behind the pilots. No issues, just limited. They were timely and courteous. They use the General Aviation terminal at Cancun - so no food or other such amenities.

I’ve never been on an airplane this size and was a little nervous. I had no reason to be. Just as good, if not better than a larger aircraft. The views are amazing and it’s so fun to see the country from above. We arrived into Belize City and got through customs a lot sooner than expected- an hour sooner...

Easy trip with a good service short flight maybe 10 to 15 minutes. Everyone in the family had fun and it was inexpensive. Plane seemed good and very professional. Seemed like all precautions were taken and other than small plane it was great

Tiny propellor airplane that carried 6 passengers and one pilot. There was one family and my husband and myself. We left a little early as all the passengers checked in early. We flew very low so we got to see what was below very clearly. Because we were full, the plane could not also carry our bags, which concerned us...

Fun and unusual experience. The gate in Cancun was in a separate building that housed the private aircraft. It was small and personal. Everyone on our flight checked in early so our plane left 30 minutes early!!! It was a new and large plane with 13 seats! The 2 pilots were on the first row. No food or bathroom. It...

Tropic has been flying to Roatan direct from Belize City for a few years now. It is so convenient! It is about 1 hour in the air. If instead one goes by Gulf Cruzar, (Boat then combie) it takes 2 days and necessitates an overnight on the mainland. I've flown on this flight with Tropic multiple times. Tropic always tries...

most airlines allow 1 checked bag and 1 carry on, but Kimberly at the Torpic Air counter, made me pay $35.00 for my carryon because the plane doesn't have upper bins inside the cabin. Be aware
