I flew from San Pedro Sula to Tegucigalpa last December. We boarded a small plane. Nevertheless it was comfortable. The ride was smooth. The crew was friendly. It was a really enjoyable flight.

We had a delay on our first flight, and would have missed a connecting (Avianca) flight. Aerolineas Sosa was helpful and changed our ticket and destination to get us back to NYC for no charge.
The return trip to Roatan was just as bad as the flight over, in that the the flight was 50+ minutes late leaving. There was rain, but rain isn't unexpected phenomena. As it was dark in the cabin and the only entertainment is reading something,when I tried turning on our reading lights they didn't function. All I could do was...
MoreWe arrived at the airport the required 1 hour before take-off. The airport wasn't even open! There were no Sosa personnel at the counter until 30 minutes before the supposed take-off. Although the weather was clear there was no plane there until 20 minutes after take-off. By the time the plane was refueled, the luggage loaded, the pilots back on...
MoreSosa was the best airline I've ever flown on. Extremely nice service at both Roatan and La Ceiba. Cheap too! We flew on a Jetstream 3200, which was cramped, but well maintained and clean.
