The flights were on time. This was my sisters first time to fly. She is ready for more. The staff and pilots were friendly at both airports.

It was a great experience with a good pilot. Some clouds and turbulence but was handled fine, and took off/landed right on time.

I was really nervous about flying on this aircraft because it was so small, but it turned out to be an okay flight. The only scary part was the turbulence, you felt every bump for sure. Although I personally wouldn’t take it again, I do recommend this airline. It gets you where you need to go!

This is a small plane like 8 seats. At first it was a little spooky but turned out to be far better than the big carriers.Seats are big & comfortable.Flies closer to the ground so you can sight see along the way.Very personal friendly service.Because it leaves from the general aviation terminal at DFW you can arrive at the airport 20...

This flight uses the Signature Support Terminal in Memphis, and I can say it has been over 20 years since I have had such a pleasurable experience at an airport! After parking about 50 steps from the building in a *free* lot, I was greeted with a smile and ushered into a quiet lounge. The check-in procedure was quick, without...

We regularly fly Southern Airways Express between BWI and Morgantown. Last year we experienced a number of flight cancellations due to a pilot shortage but has now been rectified and reliability is much improved. Look folks, this is a small commuter airline flying 8 seater Cessna Caravans. Evaluate it as such. And when so evaluated I think it provides excellent...

I flew Southern airways from el dorado Arkansas to DFW. Flight was nice for small plane. Landed on time. Unfortunately I did not know the difficulty getting from their terminal to the main terminal. We were on the ground for over 45 minutes before the shuttle arrived. Needless to say, everyone missed their flights. Obviously one needs 2 hour window...

My first and probably last flight on this airline. The problem is, the planes are so small (9 passenger Cessna) they don't fly above 5000 ft. so flights get cancelled or delayed often due to weather. The plane is relatively comfortable. More seat, leg, and headroom than a regional jet, i.e. CRJ. The Cessna is more noisy and bumpy. Difficult...

Airfare was great since this is a subsidized Essential Air Service route - thanks to us taxpayers! Crew was friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the ground crew at DFW. They seemed bothered by customers & everything is calculated by notepad. All things considered, however, I would fly them again.

OMG! I thought today was my last day on earth! The flight was delayed multiple time from airport to airport but more important this isn't a real plane it's a toy plane aka a charter plane. My wife and I ended up renting a car that cost more than the flight to reach our destination. If we wanted to drive...
