Avoid Andes Airlines at all cost. Should’ve read reviews before booking. Initially paid $3,100 pesos for AEP-IGR return for trip to Iguazu. It was really cheap. Then read reviews and flight histories that they were consistently late and cancelling flights. Was regretting a little bit and hoping they would cancel flight when I turn up at the airport so I...

We had a two flights with this airline and it has been the worst experience we ever had. They charge you for EVERYTHING, even when it is their responsability. We got charged 200pesos eachs for check-in because we did not do it online. Thing is, we tried 5 times to check-in and their website was not working so we gave...

We were a little skeptical because of the bad reviews, but quite simply it went without a single hitch. Would not hesitate to book again - snacks were great!

2 hour delay each way with no reason. Forced to pay 400 pesos because you cannot combine the baggage allowance of two passengers. Meanwhile, passengers are allowed to take 12x750ml bottles of wine as carry-on. The carry-on limit is one bag of 5kg and no liquids over 100ml. Unsafe airline.

Never ever fly with this company as this could end up being the worst experience ever when taking a flight!! Delayed luggage for 5 days, no customer service at all to get it back (ended up spending at least 4 hours a day getting in contact with them, went twice to the airport), ended up taking a taxi to the...

Due to the bad reviews, we were more than uncertain to book our flight to Iguazu at this airline. However, the price was unbeatable, so we went with it anyway. It turned out to be a perfect choice! Everything went well in both directions. No delays, smooth boarding, and flawless flight experience. I have to add though, that there is...

Travelling to Patagonia for 3 nights while watching Wales rugby summer tour. 1. Delayed nearly 3hrs 2. In transit told we couldn’t land at our destination. 3. Flew 4hrs roughly to Comodoro. 5hrs ride from destination. 4. Was told we could get off the plane but no luggage was leaving the hold. Luggage would arrive maybe in next few days....

A reasonable price, from an easy check-in, being on time, pleasant staff, getting a small snack box plus a delicious cup of coffee - what more could you want? The leg room is tight - but on a short flight - no real problem. A good alternative to a long bus trip.

Don't waste your time with this company. They left us stranded in Buenos Aires because the first leg of flight got delayed due to weather. They wanted to rebook us for tomorrow to Iguazu - we even offered to cover some of the booking cost with a different company as there were plenty of options for today - but they...
