I will never fly with this airline again. They cancelled our flight we lost all connecting flights and the money we paid to fly on them. We had to stay an extra night and they did not help us out at all. After arguing forever we had to re book everything including a hotel. The customer service was the worst...

We have taken more round trip flights than we can count on InterCaribbean Airlines from Grand Turk to Providenciales. Staff is very friendly and always accommodating.

I’m 5’10”. First time I ever had to bend over to walk down an aisle. The seats are designed for small people.

Do not fly with intercaribbean!!! They are not reliable and very inconsiderate. Unless you want to be late or miss another flight and have lots of time and money to waste then go right ahead and fly with intercaribbean

Small plane with no air inside. Bag restrictions are tin (a duffel bag is too big for these planes). Customer service was bad - one of our flights got canceled and no one picked up the phone when we tried to call. The airline did put us up in a hotel when our flight was canceled. They do reply to...

Gratitude to the CEO of Intercaribbean Airways for expanding air travel opportunities in the region. Things should improve when the two jet engine aircraft are brought into service. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired; long lines, inexperienced agents, lack of leadership (management) So, if Intercaribbean is to ever receive an excellent review, they need to work...

My husband and I recently flew intercaribbean on a day trip for an excursion from one island to another one in the Turks & Caicos. I was not impressed with this airline. It was ok for the 20 minutes we flew but any further would really be uncomfortable. The plane carried 30 people and really cramped. It was really loud...

These are no crop dusters! Solid twin-engine turbo-props, smaller than a commercial airliner, but larger and more stable than many of the caribbean puddle jumpers. Some planes are a little worn, but overall well kept and clean. They keep it simple, guide you out to your plane, make sure you have some water or something to drink, and in under...

Some of the staff working in Santo Domingo airport check in counter are so slow and stupid. But there is one staff that really did the great job name Jazmin. She’s the best among the rest.

Pretty good experience overall. Flyers should be aware that carry on is limited to 25 lbs, and your first checked bag is free. Second checked bag is a whopping $75 however. Pleasant staff
