The worst air company ever. Very bad customer service. They take several weeks or months to answer your demand.
I'm not sure this is the lowest cost direct flight from Bangkok to Hong Kong. I had only one month for booking flight before going abroad.

theyve cancelled our flights and have said can take 30 days to get a refund!!! funny how they take your money immediately on booking but they can cancel on you then take 30 days to reimburse you.

Only two things wrong with our flight was as we paid a lot for flex we hoped our bags would come out first but no! With express labels on all the bags our bags came after about 100 bags , apart from that great service.
