Always feel FlyBe have older planes than other budget airlines and when things go wrong they go badly wrong. Flight to Cardiff was ok however on the return flight experienced an initial delay which was compounded by a technical fault with the plane. Eventually landed over 3 hours behind schedule in Edinburgh.

Our flight was cancelled due to fog...staff quickly arranged transfer to Birmingham and we were in Berlin later that day. Downside.....the coach company used put on an odious coach.....with an equally odious driver. Airline...fantastic..change your coach company!!!!!!!!

I regularly travel with Flybe to and from Belfast and have always had a good experience. Almost all flights are on time, or even early. Overall, good value for money.

In 50 years plus of flying the pilot did something I have never seen before. The pilot stepped out of the cockpit and took the flight attendants phone and gave his pre flight announcement standing in front of the passengers; what an unexpected and fantastic touch. I suspect if I were a nervous flyer this would have given me confidence...

Web site design is poor, odd to navigate, no app available. Customer service next to non existent. Seats very uncomfortable. Pricing is supposed to be transparent, it isn't. It's confusing.

I recently decided to book a flight six months in advance but after three day I realised I would not be able to fly due to a massive fear of flying. I asked Flybe to refund my ticket and they said I would have to submit the request in writing as they had a no refunds policy. After 10 days...

Very small aircraft, comfortable though. They allow two small bag as a cabin luggage. But remember standard cabin luggage size does not apply. their prescribed size is more smaller than that. This is the reason, they allow two bags. But I have noticed that they do not bother about luggage to much. I have noticed that some luggage did not...

When one boards an airline to go to Spain a jet is expected not one with propellers however a quiet comfortable trip I had. A good meal and thanks to a tail wind we arrived on time despite a late take off. I was somewhat confused by the ground staff though. One never knows these days about baggage costs and...

Chronicles of a nightmare. EU Regulation 261/2004 Airlines have a duty of care to look after passengers, even if cancellations are due to extraordinary circumstances out of their control. The regulation introduces a three-tier system: • in the event of long delays (two hours or more, depending on the distance of the flight), passengers must in every case be offered...
