Both forward and return flight was good with service, return flight was delayed by 25 minutes. Have problem with my return ticket and it was hard time to find their office at Dubai airport. The check in was quick and staff at check in counter was professional and helpful. Booked the flight online but could not add it on the...

Flynas plane and service is definitely above average. The flight was also very smooth in a bit of difficult weather. But there is no food served in the flight unless you pay extra for it. Also one time our flight was diverted due to bad weather to another location and we were not guided well. They let us sit in...

The flight from Jeddah to Istanbul is relatively short around three and a half hours. The positive thing was that one could choose to select a hot meal ahead of time or buy a snack and a drink on board. The flight was on time, but I was shocked that the plane was quite old;fit for a domestic trip not...

We have flown the same route and flights several times from our hometown to Dubai over the past year. The reason we chose the flights was a combination of convenient flight timings as well as best available fares. The aircraft that make up the Flynas fleet are cleaner and appear newer than other airlines on the same route. The choice...

The flight itself was ok, no trouble but it was the hassle caused from checking in to boarding that was so much inconvenience. First the checking in staff member just couldn't be bothered, he took 25 mins to check my family in - this is after we had already done online check-in! We booked one luggage in hold and he...

I am about 6 ft 3 ins tall, when I sat down my knees not only touched, but forcibly pushed the seat in front forwards. I had no leg room at all. When I complained to the cabin crew as I left the flight the pilot dismissed my complaint by quipping that I am a “very tall man”. I should...
