I always fly are lingus, and never had a bad experience.staff are lovely and friendly and always willing to help.Thd food is very good on long haul flights, and their planes are very well kept. There are bargains to be had in their sky shopping brochure.I always feel safe aboard as they did not have a fatality in fifty years.Fares are a little...

The service was wonderful. A meal and a continental breakfast were served. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The flight was smooth. I heard a number of people ask about a vegetarian option and were told they should request at time of booking. I don't recall seeing one. Perhaps this could be made more visible. I am planning on...

Going, a late flight (problems at B'ham and Dublin Airports). Coming back, no issues at all. One tiny problem was on the computerised maps. They had Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle, WOLVERHAMPTON and London. Probably that I'm from Birmingham but how strange that they put Wolverhampton. Wolverhampton, a great city but makes me wonder if it was intentional.

First time flying Aer Lingus and was very happy. On the way to Ireland we were virtually on a new plane. It was very comfortable with a decent amount of leg room for economy. Plane left as scheduled, staff were friendly and it was just an overall pleasant experience. They also fed us pretty well too, which I know many...

I have flown several times with Aer Lingus. I am giving a medium grade, as I think there are few things to be improved. I will begin with the good ones: 1. Excellent prices compared to other airlines, including Alitalia and Air Italy (formerly known as Meridiana). 2. Excellent timetable, when flying out of Milan (3hrs), but not from Naples...

Our flight to NYC was a fantastic experience with Aer Lingus with the added bonus of pre clearing US immigration meaning that we went from landing to hotel in midtown Manhattan in around 2 hours! Our flight from Edinburgh was slightly delayed and we had a long bus journey from disembarking in Dublin to our connecting terminal which meant we...

First to book ion in T1 in Lisbon, and informed straight away that we would be sitting separately ( there were 3 of us). Daughter in 1A, I was allocated 4B with a Lady and Her baby sitting in 4A...I still cannot work out how they were going to be seated for the 2.5 hour flight. Luckily I asked if...

My family and I took Aer Lingus to Dublin from their new Philly route. The flights with this airline were truly disappointing. It is a quite "no frills" experience. The airplane is entirely too small and cramped for such a long flight. On the way to Dublin the staff was miserable but on they way home they were much better....

In October we flew from Chicago to Dublin to visit Northern Ireland. The leg room for the aisle seats were terrible! They were so narrow that my feet barely fit under it with the "electric box,"taking up half the available space. This may sound strange, but there is much more leg room if you are seated in the middle seats...
