We booked a break in Lisbon with our parents to get away from it all. Terminal 2 is a really great place to fly from especially if you are elderly if you have any kind of a mobility issue. The staff are excellent on the ground. We dropped in to Flutes for a glass of wine to cool the nerves...

Fly out to Dublin in business class it was very good. Seat ok but not the most comfortable compared to other airlines. On the way back flew coach in comfort plus for an extra $$$$$ not worth it did not see any difference in my seat compared to mid cabin seats you can’t move and if you drop something forget...

The first time we took Aer Lingus for our trip to the United States of America. It was also because of the ticket, cheaper than other airways. No free drinks or snacks. Friendly cabin crew. It was a good flight, though. One thing to mention about the transfer to another flight. We had to get down to the platform, the...

Flight was smooth, checkin very easy. Plane was clean and very comfortable for an economy seat. Service was exceptional as well as entertainment system. I would fly Aer Lingus any chance I get. Fare was a great value and easy to book on their website.

There is absolutely NO ROOM to even get your knees in front of you while sitting in your seat! To add to insult, they want to charge 3Euros for a water and anything else you would normally receive of a flight. It was disgraceful.

The plane in so crowded, even when I paid extra for better seats, that I had bruised knees. On the return flight one of the 3 bathrooms were shut down because of no lights inside. Another smelled so bad people were getting sick when inside. The two that were in service clogged up and would not flush 1/2 way back....

Our first trip to Ireland was largely due to the addition of Aer Lingus having direct flights out of Bradley airport. It’s about a six hour flight to Dublin and about seven coming back into Hartford. The direct flight is really the key factor with our experience. It really made the trip much easier and enjoyable without dealing with connecting...

Flight departed Dublin on time. Service both ways was excellent. The Aer Lingus Cabin crew were very friendly and efficient. The aircraft was a 757 - not the most comfortable for the long trip. Having said that the return trip took a mere five and a half hours - strong tail winds - compared to seven and a half outbound....

I have always flown Aer Lingus To Ireland and I have been going since 1969...oops dating myself. I know I have more choices these days but I still chose Aer Lingus. Something about when you step on board your trip begins. We traveled on a larger plane out of Boston...you would think there would be adequate leg room etc. Every...
