I am really torn as how best to review and comment on our recent experience with Air New Zealand. This was our first time flying Air New Zealand and we booked Sky Couch. Boarding was efficient and overhead bin space was just right, not severely cramped/constrained as on many North American Airlines. When we were seated we looked in the...

Busy flight but the crew were awesome, attentive and professional all the way - even with a film crew on board. First time flying Premium Economy and would highly recommend spending the extra.

Air New Zealand flight 29: IAH – AKL Seat 9k is probably the best seat in business class. It has a shelf where you can put things (I think only the seats in the last row have these), and since it's at the back of the cabin you only have to deal with other passenger on one side - not...

Seat 2K is a window seat on the right (starboard) side of the cabin. It is row two of the nine rows in Business Class on version 2 of ANZ’s 787-9. Three seats abreast herringbone configuration. The crew walks past this seat, over and over, delivering food and drinks to the seven rows of business class passengers behind me. Passengers...

Smooth experience from start to finish. The flights were all on time, the direct flight to Cairns was shorter than expected. There was no time wasted sitting in airports waiting for connecting flights. The food and drinks were good and so was the service onboard.

This was the first time I had flown with this airline and we decided to book one of their sky couches which meant you got three seats which in theory could convert into a flat space. I felt the flight was very good, the food was excellent, some of the best I have had on a plane in a while,...

I can safely say that the best airline in the world award was given to the correct airlines. Service, seat comfort, food, boarding time and entertainment were grade A. The only thing is, the economy seats are a little too scrunched for big framed people. A lot of people bumped into my shoulder on the aisle side, but the pros...

From Sydney to Christchurch is only three hours. The staff were great. Small plane. Well serviced. Good range of entertainment. Excellent drinks service. Good meal for an airline.

The most unfriendly skies I have ever flown. Loved the country but I do not think the airline staff knows how to smile.
