We booked the newly rebranded Cathay Dragon for our budget package found on Cathay Pacific for a short 2 hour trip to Vietnam. The plane was quite small and didn't have an entertainment system / TV, which was expected for a short trip and the price. They do offer wifi only for their entertainment system which can be accessed on...

Went through with boarding pass, the machine beeped....thought they'd changed our seats which we were not too pleased about and found that we had been upgraded to business class. Tattinger champagne all the way, unbelievable but what an experience

the service level is as good as cathay, the airplanes are a lot older, however, this didn't effect the whole experience. will use it again in the future.

I booked the 4-day travel package (round trip flights and hotel) from Expedia. Dragon air was the only option that would not cost you extra bucks with fine takeoff schedules. The flights were alright and kind of comfortable. The meals however, please if you could afford to buy a light meal at the airport just do so, because it's pretty...

Its only direct flight from Kolkata to Hong Kong for 4 hours duration. Mostly used aircraft is A320. Nicely customized aircraft for CCU-HKG flying with many many instructions written in Chinese- English- Hindi- Bengali. Please remember to book vegetarian food before boarding else you may not get on board food as generally they serves non-vegetarian food. Unfortunately due to some...

Cathay dragon provides almost the same level of service as Cathay. The only difference is that the plane thet are flying is older. Others are really great.

I thought Cathay to Hong Kong was good but our flight to Beijing was just as perfect and I would do it again and again.

We flew on an old airplane and it was an evening flight which was delayed. We flew from Goa to Bangalore and had to wait to check in for business class. So we waited with our luggage as checking with two very tired kids. Eventually got on the airplane and were ignored for 3 hours - not offered drinks or...

For those who want to travel to Shanghai, the flights consistently show poor "on time" record from HK to Shanghai are KA876 & KA804. They are 10am &11 am flights. Avoid them! Because these two flights are often not full, Cathay Dragon just routinely cancels one of the flights and pushes people to an earlier flight or later flight. They...
