Easyjet just seem to get worse and worse, gone are the days when we thought they were wonderful and Ryanair were terrible! Easyjet now only allow one carry-on bag (and there's always the risk they will even take that one off you in the queue!) and they take the idea of "no frills" to extremes... but our real issue with...

They had us standing on the airbridge for ¾ of an hour in near freezing conditions despite knowing that there was no crew. The should have left us in the departure lounge where there was seating and warmth.

Excellent start to our holiday. Flight on time leaving. On time arriving. Plenty of room, & seats comfy enough. Staff very helpful & pleasant. They use a new system now for check in. There are machines at the check in area & you weigh your own bag & label it, then put it on conveyor. Quick & simple.

Used to travel on Easyjet frequently and was always adequate. This time was a complete disaster. A near 3 hour delay from Belfast, chewing gum on the seats, filthy aircraft and rude crew. Furthermore, we were held in a departure lounge with no access to toilet facilities until we boarded. The aircraft pushed back and we were held off stand...

Worst airline ever. Be aware that you have at least triple of chances to miss your flight traveling with this airline because of its unhelpful and unfriendly stuff. Stay away from easyjet if you want to have a nice and save flight.

I have had two return flights in the last ten days out of Gatwick and all four flights have been delayed, is that the service a customer should receive? Appalling and words fail me!!!

The acceptance of small bags for cellphone/wallet is arbitrary. Theyobliged me to put it inside suitcase or pay 60euros... this choice is arbitrary even proposing putting under the feet. To avoid as much as possible.

It was a budget airline but we bought the tickets online which was very simple, it was easy to do the whole process even to picking our seats. The check in process was quick as most of it was done online. The staff were pleasant both at the airport and on the flight.

Whilst the flight was quick and fairly comfortable, I felt the staff were fairly rude and unhelpful and it was too expensive for what it was. I understand it is a budget airline but there are still requirements you expect to be met by the staff. Before setting off, because it was a freezing winter day, they decided to start...
