I nearly always fly with Easyjet and very rarely have delays, albeit late back on return flight this time. It is a very social airline and the pilot crew etc. are second to none.

Lied on booking cite about luggage allowances and then charged me 50 GBPs to check the bag even though there was room on the flight. They were not friendly and the flight was needlessly delayed due to logistical shortfalls of the staff.

Normally use another budget airline who’s planes are normally red and silver who has a number two in the name.... I thought a change would be nice so chose easyJet and they were fantastic. The electronic bag drop system is great, the aircraft we went on was literally new, the staff are smart and very good. On an hour flight...

Booking on line and obtaining of boarding cards was easy. As I didn’t pay extra and reserve seats. These were then pre allocated, I would like to have had the chance to change them. There could have been more help at the bag drop, as I would have been happy to have added hand baggage to the hold. Boarding was...

EasyJet used to be budget with a low level of service, now it’s not not cheap and still offers a low level of service. Our flight was diverted to Aberdeen as could not land due to fog in Inverness and then the airline let people get off in Aberdeen delaying us further in Inverness. Upon trying again we once again...

I've travelled using easyJet many times before, on its domestic route between Aberdeen and Luton. At that point easyJet used Boeing 737-700 aircraft. The fleet now consists solely of Airbus 319 aircraft, which have adequate seat pitch for a flight of 3 hours. Check-in is now non existent at Gatwick and, therefore, getting your checked-in luggage to the conveyor belt,...

First time we have flew from Glasgow, it’s the best airport I have been from. The staff were lovely, the whole set out was so easy to get around. The flight was on time as usual, although they could do with more seats in the gate area. The flight over had quite a lot of turbulence over the North Sea,...

It got me where I was going. This is a budget airline. It gets you from point A to point B with no frills. But that is okay on a short flight. We boarded on the tarmac and deplaned on the tarmac so expect to be in the weather. Not an issue on this day. The plane was very clean....

We are regular travellers but this was our first experience of Easyjet. Both flights arrived on time. The return flight left a little late but the pilot made up the time. The staff were helpful and overall this compares well with other airlines. Our only grumble - we paid extra for speedy boarding and although this worked on the outbound...
