Despite some negative reviews, my first Eurowing experience was very positive. Check in was smooth. Flight was on time. Plenty of leg room and it helped that the plane had lots of empty seats. Great value for there price.
Needed to pay for everything, even to watch movies. Also had a problem to pay with my card directly on the screen to activate the movies an needed to contact two different flight attendants to be able to get help with it.
I am forced to travel on this line for the only reason that it’s currently the only one who flies from Hamburg to Rome. The planes have often been late but overall everything has always been fine. I just find the prices of the flights to expensive for what you get in the end
This was a very easy trip. From check-in to the flight and arrival in Amsterdam, everything went flawlessly.
Eurowings have terrible customer service very unprofesional the lady I was on phone with was rude and hung up on me.They do not have US number to call so I was charged for the call .I purchased the ticket for my husband then I found out there is no baggage or food included…
