I am a fortune wings member and have flown on Hainan a number of times and had few complaints this time was a terrible experience however the 10hr international flight from Xián to Sydney was on a very old domestic A 330 - 200 aircraft their was no entertainment at all with no screens in seats the toilets were held...

This airline really sets some high standards for service, with pricing very competitive compared to its rivals. Although I was in business class, and this was really exceptional, the other comfort level in other classes is still very high.

7 reviews Entertainment was very limited which made the flight seem longer. Loved the snacks (sandwiches, cold/hot drinks, etc) in back of plane during flight. Attendants all very friendly and attentive.

Skytrax Best Airline: Not on my flight yesterday! Checking in, there were 4 flights ( ORD, BOS, SEA and Toronto) being served by 5 positions from one queue. Hence a long wait! The worse experience ever! Our first direct flight from Boston to Shanghai came with a lot of expectation. The flight took off and arrived on time, the only good thing.
