Interjet started with only a few flight witin Mexico 10 years ago.......and NOW they took over most flights from the defunct Mexicana Airlines. Liberal bagage policy @ no extra charge.

From the start, everything was very easy. We arrive at the airport and could check-in quickly and without trouble. We were only worried about the luggage since It was an interconnected flight but they handle everything. It was a good experience overall.

On the airport of Mexico City the staff (supposedly security)was making us leave a scooter behind, but the interjet staff came to help and said we could take it on board ,and saved us a lot of trouble, best staff , clean plane, legroom is good . Yay 😁

I like Interjet because is normally good and offers more leg room, but sometimes this does not come all true. This time flight was delayed, received an e-mail informing of new departure time but incredibly countet personnel / system had NO IDEA of this and rushed us to gate beleiving we were late. Airbus 320 is a good plane (moves...

Arrived an hour and 15 minutes before flight was scheduled to leave due to freeway closures from the fire and the Supervisor said she had closed the flight even though 3 other folks were able to check in for the same flight at the counters next to us. Supervisor Naomi was terrible to deal with and had a terrible attitude....

As compare to Low Cost Airlines in Mexico, is way way better; but fares are a bit higher, so compare to Aeromexico or US based Airlines (e.Delta) which have a bit higher fares or similar sometimes quality prevail on the latter. Good leg space I must say, but the seats are not that good. It fly out of the Old...

The plane was fine (airbus 320). Loading and unloading was smooth. Baggage claim in San Jose was terribly long. But what struck me on the 4 flights (via Mexico City both ways) was how distracted the flight attendants. Why? They talked to one another nonstop- ignoring customers. They spent more time putting on makep and looking in their mirrors. Their...

There is nothing special about this airline, have traveled with them many times and as I had no problems with them I must say that the service is not nice nor good, flight attendants are bossy and the feel like they are making you a favor, not the service you expect but not worse than most of the airlines nowadays.
