The good thing about JAL is that you know what you will get. Never Excellent Never bad just the same regular service. The airplanes seem to be a bit nicer lately. Service is always helpful and the lounges are consistent.

Fantastic in every way! I had traveled on JAL several years ago and the experience was OK. WOW have things changed! Now excellent service, on time arrival, and the food was a step above typical airline cuisine! I highly recommend JAL!

Your experience on a flight is always defined by the class of service, in this case premium economy but it felt almost as good as business class! The seats are wider and have more dedicated legroom than any other prem economy I've flown, the in flight service was excellent and the staff pretty good too. If I'm flying JAL again...

I always have excellent flight experiences flying with JAL and this was no exception, the flight stewards are willing to share a laugh with you and are always willing to help. From the check-in to the lounge to the boarding to the flight I know I'm in good hands with JAL.

I flew JAL because an open jaw ticket from Tokyo to KL and from Singapore to Tokyo was available only on JAL. The air fare was quite reasonable for flying in a busy summer season. The seats on the outbound flight (B-789) were spacious for the economy class, but the seat cover was a bit slippery and not comfortable. The...
